WILLIAM FIDELI
PRESIDENT
Mr. Fideli oversees all aspects of the WFI’s business and is responsible for the vision of the Firm, investment origination, portfolio management, investor relations and supervises asset management and due diligence. Prior to forming WFI Fund I, Mr. Fideli founded Orion Student Housing to acquire and develop student housing apartment communities. Orion owns approximately 2,000 beds stretching from Maine to Texas. Prior to Orion, Mr. Fideli invested in sale leasebacks for Taurus Investment Holdings and CRIC Capital. Prior to his career in real estate, Mr. Fideli was an investment banker. His last role was as a Vice President of investment banking for FBR. Mr. Fideli earned his BBA from the University of Notre Dame, with concentrations in Finance and Sociology. While at Notre Dame, Mr. Fideli was a member of the varsity baseball team. He earned a MBA from the F.W. Olin School of Business at Babson College, Magna Cum Laude.
JASON WHITE
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT
Mr. White oversees asset management. Mr. White has spent his 20+ year career in student housing actively managing and asset managing student communities nationally. Throughout his career he has been responsible for more than 50 properties in more than 40 states. His student housing career began as a community assistant while in college at the University of Texas at Tyler, and reach the head of property management for Waypoint Campus Housing. Prior to joining WFI, Mr. White held various student housing management positions with Waypoint, Grand Campus Living, Greystar, JPI and Century Campus Housing. Mr. White earned his B.B.A. from the University of Texas, Tyler, with a concentration in Marketing.
RICH DURHAM
CONTROLLER
Mr. Durham, 55, joined the Company in 2019 and oversees all accounting and reporting. Prior to joining WFI, Mr. Durham served as the Finance and Operations Manager for the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Boston. Prior to the Archdiocese , Mr. Durham was the CFO and Corporate Controller for several real estate businesses including National Development of New England and Hines International. Mr. Durham is a CPA and received his BS from Bentley University with a concentration in Accountancy and an MBA from Suffolk University.
RICHARD EGAN
ADVISORY BOARD MEMBER
Mr. Egan has over 32 year of real estate investment experience. Mr. Egan was previously a Partner and Chief Investment Officer at TA Associates Realty. He was a member of the Executive, Investment, and Acquisition Committees of TA, and served on the Board of Directors for individual funds. As a member of the Investment Committee, he shared responsibility for over $10 billion of acquisitions, dispositions, and financing transactions. Mr. Egan received a B.S. in Business Administration from Babson College and is a Certified Public Accountant.
ETHAN NESSEN

Mr. Nessen has over 30 years of experience investing in real estate, primarily for CRIC Capital. Mr. Nessen is an expert in real estate structured finance and net leasing. Mr. Nessen earned his BA from Clark University with a concentration in History.

Mr. Osborn has over 30 years of experience investing in real estate for Baupost, a Boston based institutional investment management firm. Mr. Osborn earned his MBA from Harvard University and his BBA from the University of Notre Dame with a concentration in Accountancy.
DOMINGO MOREIRA

Mr. Moreira has over 20 years of experience running operating business in food service, consumer products and health and beauty aids. Mr. Moreira is an active real estate investor with interests throughout the western hemisphere. Mr. Moreira earned his BS from Boston College with a concentration in Finance and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
